Special Issue of IEEE Transaction on Plasma Science
As for past SCTCs, there is a special issue of IEEE Transactions of Plasma Science
dedicated to the results of this conference.
Authors of both poster and oral presentations are encouraged to prepare
original full-length papers derived
from their conference presentations and submit them to this special issue.

| 2) The first screen ("Step1") is a little tricky: under "type" you need to scroll down to "Special Issue on Spacecraft Charging Technology-2018". This was not obvious to us initially. |
| 3) You need to have an ORCID account for each co-author to proceed-that means everyone has to sign on to ORCID now... |
| 4) In Step 5 you need to suggest 2 or more referees and you must provide their e-mail and institution. |
| 5) For Editor you should choose "Garrett, Henry B" or "Gitomer, Steven J". |
| 6) If required by the submitter's institution, be sure and fill in the "funder" info... |
| 7) Remember, they asked for the papers to be in IEEE journal format (e.g., 2 columns). |
