The Hall of Integrated Research Center of Kobe University will be utilized as the main conference site located in Port Island, which is an artificial island in Kobe city. This building is adjacent to the Super Computer Kei. This faces to "K Computer Mae Station" of Port Liner, which are served between Kobe Airport and Sannomiya.

Access from Kansai International Airport (KIX) Sannomiya is the center part of Kobe-city. For over sea participants, the most convenient Airport is the Kansai International Airport (KIX), which locates at the other side of the Osaka Bay from the conference site. By trains (JR-Lines), it takes about 65 min to Osaka. After changing the trains there, it takes other 30 min to Sannomiya (1,710 JPY). By bus (from Bus Stop No. 6), it takes about 70 min to Sannomiya (1,950 JPY). By ship (High-Speed Ferry; Bay Shuttle), it takes about 30 min to Kobe Airport (1,850 JPY).
